Here is another print i could use a little help with,picked it for $3 so it was not to big of a gamble! but what kind of print or painting is it? It is like a water color paint? on fabric or dare i say screen, is it some kind of screen printing? Is it Japanese,Chines? any help would be greatly appreciated
