    This is a tool like a wrench it says war finished, bed-ford vehicle 1/22/58/3/10 some of the letters are hard to read. Can any one share info. on what this is, or what it means.

      pretty sure this is a lug wrench used to remove the lug nuts on a car tire (hence the bed-ford vehicle mark): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lug_wrench
