    I picked this up at an estate sale a few months ago for $175. The seller thought it was from the 1920's or 30's. The painting itself measures 40x18ish. It looks like there are initials (GS) in the lower left corner. The frame has a lot of detail. Just want to know for sure about age etc.

      try researching the name GUNDERSON. He was a well known pastel painter and very prolific.
