During my 12 years with Sears & Sawbuck Co. I have taken hundreds ratchet wrenches back for exchange. Some were quite old and nothing wrong with them, but the customer wanted a new one. I kept several unusual ones. they were not free, I had to pay a buck each for the 15 I have .

These ratchet's quality wise are amazing. I have 10 years experience at Sears and am amazed at why people bring these back for the new "plastic gutted" ones...these are bulky and heavy and cant be EASILY repaired with some cleaning and new grease. Good finds!
