I have never found Yax before. I found this all in one taped up bundle. The wood is not the highest quality, the tools are super sharp still, and the chess board tile is perfect. I haven't found the complete set yet online yet, just pieces that seem to be popular. I'd love info if anyone is in the know here. Until then, I think it is cheese and wine time.!

That chess tray is really cute!
I love the silhouette of the housing for the cheese necessaries, too.
That combo of stainless steel, black enamel and wood is kinaesthetic heaven!
      How about that, girl?
      How are you?

Doing well thanks! Just out watering the garden. Rabbits are crazy this year. We need more hawks.
I wish the wood on it was teak or something. It might be best to save the tile and ditch the "wood".

No way! The wood could well be mahogany. It's not rubbish!

Thin veneer...very thin. I oiled it down good but it is not impressive.
      Funny Sean!

Amber, is that a knife/fork combo on the right side ? Is the center item a bottle opener? Sorry, but is this a dinner service, or a "drinking"service?

Cocktail hour service! Certainly meant for the drinking set.
