These figurines were the gift of an old family friend. Though it is very hard to read, the Madonna is stamped on the bottom with "Made in Italy" and "Bianchi" or "Bianci." Does anyone know how to tell what they are made of and how to determine how old they might be. As always, thanks so much for all your help.
