Just found this Mickey Mouse on the Storage of my sister house ready for recycled with some old telephone. I noticed the screw never been touched or unscrew. maybe they never replace a battery that's is why is not connecting to make a call outside of my territory. But there's a dial tone..What do you all thinks about this Mickey mouse phone? Is this real phone and need to replace a battery? Thank you.

Yes it's a real phone and the batteries are in the bottom, takes 4 "C" cells. It will have Mickey's voice when there is an incoming call.

Thanks for your help and appreciate it very much. By the way what year is this phone? 10 years, 15 years or more than 20 years old?
      Thanks again.

We have same the phone in our "Mickeymouse" themed spare bedroom. Grandson (13 months old), loves to push the button to here Mickey's message. He does get tired though, after 20-30 times!
