    Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this doll. Purchased her at an antique shop for $5 US. I can see the texture of fabric under the hard surface on the face. Body is machine sewn. Thanks, Lyn

      She is a 1940s-50's what is called a mask face doll . Most likely made in one of many counties,Poland,Italy ,USA Ethnic dressed dolls were popular at the time . She is factory made not homemade . Many companies made these dolls .
