    Coke made these bottles to celebrate 125 years in Terre Haute Indiana, This town is were the coke bottle shape was thought up by the Root Glass Co. so coke thought it a good idea to have the celeberation here, the had these odd shaped bottles they gave out, i live in Clinton, In about 10min from Terre Haute. this bottle hase the date and the Ceo`s signature on the back.

      Did they put ROOT on the bottom?

      Please tell me it doesn't say "Made In China" on the bottom!

      "Root Glass co." is no longer in Terre Haute i dont ever remember it there and it has 19 on the bottom no "China" markings here i can see...

      Root Glass Company was sold to Owens-Illinois Glass Company i think.. I wish i would have went to this event my 9yo nephue had this bottle and he gave it to me, "Tought in my head i would have gotten a case or 2 of these" not sure if they sold them or "Gave them out"....
