I have no idea what this thing is. At first I thought it was a conjoined set of salt and pepper shakers. It's about three inches long and an inch and a half tall.

There's a divider in the middle (I poured some water in and it wouldn't come out the second top). Both of those tops screw off to reveal their own compartments. On the side is what I think is a "W" and an "H."

That's all I know, really. Oh, and there's a smell of oil inside.

    Any ideas?

Whoops, I forgot to mention that. Yep. That's exactly what that is. Does that spark any ideas?

This reminds me of some older military rifle oilers. I just can't place it.

Mrmajestic, that was it! I looked up rife oilers and that led me to the solvent bottles. I found tons just like it. I'm still not sure what the w and the e mean, but there were ones with Ps and Ss and even ones with Japanese characters on them. Awesome! Thank you so much!
