This is an original "Dante" 3-sheet stone lithograph from my private collection of Magic posters. This poster titled, "World's Greatest Wonder Spectacle" is from 1938 and is a striking three color combination in red, black, and white. It measures approximately 41" x 78". Dante posters in general are very scarce, his 3-sheets are even more rare!

As you can see from the pictures I have had this poster completely restored to it's original condition. When I found this poster it had been poorly backed onto a low quality type of linen. I had the entire poster removed, re-backed onto archival paper, then re-mounted onto canvas where the restoration process began. The poster is now in excellent condition and hangs in my Los Angeles home.

Thanks Chris, that was done by "Poster Mountain" who I do NOT use anymore due to their extorted rates! I am now shipping my posters out of state for a FRACTION of what they charge. But yes, this is a GREAT restoration job with the exception of me having to remind them that they forgot to color in a specific section they worked on. Thanks for the compliment Chris, it is always appreciated.

Just beautiful! You have such a fabulous collection. My first job out of college as a graphic artist in 1980 was w/Walt Graham owner of Modern Litho. He had some very nice large old posters in the print shop. And of course as a graphic artist I just love these images. Thanks for posting.

Thanks again for the compliment valentino97, a graphic artist, that explains your good taste in design and posters. I come from a family of Advertising, all Creative Directors and myself a TV Director and Producer. Glad you can appreciate these posters and Graham sounds like a cool guy, bet he has some rare posters as well.
