Just bought this today at the gas engine show,it starts tomorrow but I got it today for cheap!
It is a AC Spark plug "sparky" the "plug" taking a bath so he is a clean plug!get it?
I think this a late 20's pull toy for kids,it has a hole in the front for a string.It has all the rubber tires (barely) which is rare for it's age.Thanks for looking!
