This is such a great piece!
The sweeping chalked message appears and is wiped clean with the spin of the dial on the right side of the card. It notes 'Printed in England' on the back. It's in excellent condition. What appears to be a mark on the back is just my shadow in the photo.
Any information regarding age or value would be welcomed.
