    My collection found in a vault inside a cave somewhere here in northern mindanao philippines and I beleived this is from the japanese during WWII when they are here invading our country. If it is a geniune or authenthic i dont know, I need some expert advise please....

      thanks guys for your expertise advise , now i know that this is not an illegal to keep and worth as my collection. Soon I will be posted an old US money currency also coming from that vault.

      I am with you Rob-- sure looks like an attempt to fake a US bond and based on your link even those creating fantasy US bonds are prosecuted!

      I would see the authorities and save yourself a future hassle.
