This is a Stately looking Toby Mug called "RICH MERCHANT" As you can see, it was made by Shorter & son LTD.. in Staffordshire England. If you happen to know more about this Toby Mug, feel free to comment. It is about 3 3/4 inches tall.

Hey musikchoo, just saw your posting of this Toby Mug. Very cool item ! It just so happens I bought one at a yard sale a week ago that is similiar. All mine says is made in England on the bottom.
