"Evans" (Copper) Table Lighter Made in the USA

Came across this at a yard sale in Historical Uptown Whittier California... I have seen lots of Evans Lighter but not seen another one like this... Im just wondering how much its worth??? I payed a good amount for it. Im just wondering if i made a great choice in purchasing this item??? Its a very unique & very beautiful piece of art is the way i see it...

Can anyone tell me what the Coat of Arms Family Crest on the bottom of the lighter itself stands for???
