Hawkes crystal sugar bowl. Was wondering what date this mark would be from and whether it was contemporary, vintage, or American Brilliant. Also what dates determine the above 3 please. Thank you.

Mark was used starting around 1902 however, your piece is later than that maybe 1915 or more. It is from the "Flower" or "Realistic " pattern period of American Brilliant Cut Glass.
