I recently found these and I have no idea what they are, please help. They appear to be old and are a bit tarnished; I haven't tried cleaning them because I don't know if it would damage them. If anyone knows what they are can you also tell me what type of place to take them to to get looked at?
    Thanks Minpin

If they're long, they could be ice tea spoons. Some of these have openings at both the base (at bowl) and the top of the stem, and function like spoons, straws, and muddlers. It looks like yours are not straws, though I could be wrong. So spoon for tea or other beverages, including alcoholic beverages, and/or muddler for same. Very nice. When you say "have them looked at", do you mean appraised?

Yes, I do mean appraised. Thank you so much for your quick response.

You're most welcome, minpin! Glad I could help. RE appraiser: You can search for an appraiser certified by the American Association of Appraisers (AAA), or, you can take it into one of the big auction houses - if there's one near you - when they are offering complimentary appraisals. Best wishes for success!
