    No its not a tin just a cool looking box I thought. I think its from the 40's but not sure hope you enjoy. I have had it for roughly 17 years.

      Milky Way and Mars bars are here Down Under too! I've learnt today that Mars bars are related to Whiskas! I never knew they were developed in the USA. I'd always thought they were a British invention. I also know now about US versions of Mars bars. 1932?
      This wiki entry tells so much about these sweets.
      Australia has so many different types of Mars sweets. Lite, Lava, Chili, Rocks, Honeycomb, Vanilla, Red, XXX, and so on. We even fry them in batter!
