    PICKED THESE UP AT AUCTION TONIGHT IN A BOX OF JEWELRY. THEY ARE VINTAGE BUT I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO AGE. HOW THEY GOT FROM PA. TO MO. IS PROBABLY A STORY IN ITSELF. ON THE BACK OF THE SEECRTARY BADGE IS THE FAINT MARK OF WM. DAVEY AND SON,PHILADELPHIA

      THE ROUND BADGE IS 2 INCHES THE HOME DEFENCE IS 21/4 X 2.
