I found this item at a garage sale a few summers ago and was instantly drawn to it. The craftsmanship was superb and a steal at $5. Ive done a little research on it and while I cant tell if its an original or a revival done in the 20s its still a great peice. I am interested in determining the period though so any ideas throw my way please.

Killer piece! Hopefully our jewelry folks can help you date this. I know these belt buckle style came in to fashion a couple of times.

i know im pretty in love with it. You never know what you'll find at a garage sale. Unfortunately when i bought it I didnt think to ask the woman if she knew its origins. It was an elderly couple so it could have well been hers for some time.
