Another new one for my collection . I think it is by Welz..??
It is cased glass white inner lots of coloured spotts and a clear outer layer.
Marked .. echoslovakia .. the first two lettes are missing. 7 3/4 " high

Hey Marty, When I saw this earlier today I thought it was Rückl based upon the coloring. A little more searching and I found that Alfredo has this shape in 2 totally different decors posted as Ruckl as well. http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/76825-new-ruckl-pieces?in=442
