After much research and advice from Austria I'm going with Loetz for this great piece. Beautiful pale blue body with dark blue coil and prunts.

Regardless of who made it... very cool item!
I would be skeptical too, every other tango piece on ebay is labeled Powolny as every 3 of 4 iridescent are labeled Loetz... Nonetheless very nice vase!
ok you guys I'll remove the Powolny.

Hi LB , I forgot to add that i love the vase . It is of much finer execution than the yellow one which has a hurried sloppy look to it.
