Wrythen Ale Glass

This is a Georgian Ale glass with a half wrythen bowl, circa.1800.

This one is fairly ordinary apart from the massive chunk of frit trapped in the foot. Frit is basically sand that hasn't melted into glass and ends being part of soemthing that is being made.
