to be quite honest, I don't have any glass displayed in my house at the moment. everything is bubble wrapped and stashed in boxed. as soon as we have moved to our new place and I figure out how I can make pictures like you do I'll take em all out again ;-)

Lovely pitcher and glasses from Gullaskruf and Blomberg! Nice to see what have been done in the region I live. Today there is not much left of the Swedish Kingdom of Crystal, but the beautiful glass is at least not gone to pieces.
I think you were so lucky growing up in that environment!
It's sad the glass industry in Swedish is falling appart, but at least the work that has been done for decades is to remain and will always be remembered and admired...
I like the glasses very much.
It's great they're stackable glasses. Also, you can put at least two of them stack on the jug itself... a nice space saving device! :)

The shape is just perfect for that. I know at least of one designer, Jacob Bang, who designed glasses to be stuck on jugs or to act as lids to jugs... I'll share those images someday :)
Oh, and of course Kaj Franck, with smaller Kartio glasses piled inside of a slightly bigger 1609 cilinder jug :)
