Original ca. 1920s photograph of a banquet at Camp Quinibeck in Vermont. The man with the dark jacket seated at the table appears to be Theodore Roosevelt. I did some research and found that Roosevelt was a supporter of the "camp movement" in America and it makes sense he may have visited this camp.

Is there any way to authenticate this?
Research should confirm or deny.
Is there anything other than the "looks like" that made you believe it was TR?
I am not a fan of "looks like" identifications without historical research or provenance that can pinpoint the image in its original era.
The photo appears to be a gelatin print and could certainly date from the 1910s- 1930s time period (TR died in 1919).

Thanks Scott, this was purchased with a large collection of Camp Quinibeck photos and there were no others of an event this large. I usually do not use "looks like" identifications either because they are almost always wrong. I tried researching this and the only thing I found was that Roosevelt was in Vermont in 1912.
