Hello Friends! Here is an example of what Kralik-glass.com calls "Blue on Gold", and it also shows the close kinship between Kralik and Loetz glass. I am pretty certain of my attribution, because this is the IDENTICAL vase shown on that website (I even duplicated the photo of the bottom, which shows the same pontil-scar; the funny thing is I only noticed how similar my photo is after looking it up again - but I assure you this is MY photo taken only minutes ago).
Loetz.com describes this decor " CLEAR GLASS WITH GOLD SPOTS AND BLUE LOOPS", and there is no official name because of the lack of historical information available on Kralik glass. Whatever you call it ("a rose by any other name") I bought this one a few years back, and I have lost my records of where I got it form; but someone must know. Not that I need to know, but if you once owned this vase I would like to know so I can trace its' collectors trajectory (history). If you'd just rather not say that's fine, but I think someone out there is saying right now "that was mine!"
