I have this plate that measures 14.5 inches long and 11 wide. It has a not well shaped border and the print is not perfectly fitted. It looks really old but I cannot read the letters on it. I am really curious as to haw old it can be and how valuable for the lady who gave it to me wen her parents had repaired it with staples that make it really solid and even more beautiful. Sorry about the fofographs, they are not very good.
I would appreciate some help as to the origin of this piece of china.
    Thank you

The closest that I have found for this mark is HERCULANEUM POTTERY of Liverpool, Lancashire, England circa 1793-1841. Can you read the letters LIVERPOOL above the top of the Anchor Circle? If so, then this is probably the mark. RER (LOUMANAL)

Yes, I agree with Loumanal, it is Herculaneum, and that particular mark was in use between 1796-1837

Thank you very much. You are very generous. Thank you for spending your time. Now I just need to learn about the jar.
