Among a box of items brought from my great aunts home were these (and many more) amazing vintage clothing items. Can anyone shed some light onto these with era's and styles. Should I keep them, or sell them?? I'm very intrigued by these clothes and the way women dressed. Thanks for any info you can offer.

These are beautiful pieces, and look to be nearly a hundred years old. Most vintage fashion in use (as in being worn) and for sale is from the last 40 -50 years or so. The delicate nature of such old clothing would make it much harder to wear without damaging it, and the styles are so different from contemporary clothing that very few could pull them off.
If you aren't interested in keeping your pieces, I would contact a few museums in your area and see if they are interested...The most well known fashion/clothing collection is probably the Costume Institute at the Met in NY, but there are many smaller collections too. http://www.metmuseum.org/about-the-museum/museum-departments/curatorial-departments/the-costume-institute

Thank you so much for your input. I am having a tough time deciding what to do with them because they are family pieces and storage is an issue. I'd also like them to be seen and appreciated. Sentimental value is hard to overcome.

I found that article to be very helpful. I will be storing them and keeping them. I am now in hopes of finding a woman's dress form. ha!
