http://www.foreverredwood.com/seating/rockers/rocking/massive.html HELLO I bought these years ago when a small company made just a few products. They then pulled old growth redwoods, some 1000 yrs or a lot more older, out of creeks and rivers and used them. I looked today and they merged, but they are into forest restoration and all profits go for that. I wish you could see the tree rings on these, they are so close together, quite amazing. A few years ago my chairs looked good but I loused them up by having my son verathane them, and I told him to shake the can like paint for a long time, well they look terrible but sanding is easy on redwood and I will fix them. They are HUGE 38" to top of back! I feel like a child when I sit on them, I paid $500 for 2 on special deal! Now $630. for one! Last two photos are from company! thanks for looking! Don

I love the feel of wood. Years ago in college I took an elective course in furniture repair and upholstery. It was alot of fun, and I found what has become a life long hobby. When I retire in two years I hope to do even more . I have a guitar I refinished and posted on CW some time back. Only instrument I have ever restored. I wish I could get my hands on your chairs . I know they will be beautiful.
