8 1/2 inches tall, 2 inches across bottom.
There is very little of the label remaining.
There is a bear holding "K's".
Small bit of print on other side, looks like it probably said Shake Up Fruit. Bottle is a light green color.
Bottom of bottle has letters and numbers:
