The Panetta signed pink pearl with black onyx bracelet is one that I bought at a thrift shop and would like to learn more about it's history although it is costume jewelry.

Panetta is known for its stylish and collectible costume jewelry. It was founded in 1945 by Benedetto Panetta (I read he had worked for Trifari before that) and stayed under American ownership till the 80s. I notice that collectors like Panetta's 60s modernist free-form jewelry and their fantasy jewels featuring animals and mythical creatures. Your bracelet is simple in style and I'm guessing, from 1980s. It's very pretty and wearable, enjoy it.
