This actually a big play set. I didn't get it with the original cars so I added the ones I had. I don't know who made it, I would guess Marx.

Mike, I've got the Harley-Davidson service center that resembles this very much, it was produced by Mattel, might be related. Pretty cool play set, thanks for sharing!!
