Inhereted from my grandparents who traveled world wide. I believe it is brass and it isn't magnetic. The only marking if it is a marking is found under an elephant head... See pic.
12 1/4" height
Top 5 1/2" diameter
Bottom 3 & 3/4" diameter
Any help is appreciated on identifying origin and maker
