      Nope. Whenever you see "Silver Manufacturing Company" or "Silver Co." or anything other than Sterling or 800, its not silver. They try to trick people by marking pieces "Silver Manufacturing Company." That's an Eastern Star piece by the way, its a Freemasonic off-shoot.

      I agree its possibly silver plated , but gotta say - there are a lot of different silver standard marks apart than stirling & 800 !!
      Like .925- 830 - 850 -etc, & more from all over the world but some not marked at all & the only way to really tell silver content for unmarked silver is an acid test kit ...
