      Hi and welcomme to CW . Is it dark red I see a bit of orange is that my screen or in glass ? They look like "ruby cut to clear Glassware". But there are many glass experts on here that will be able to tell you for sure. I remember my Mother had a set much like yours . Beautiful . I think your tallest one should have a stopper at top ?

      Well we noticed that the glass itself is a perfect fit over the top...no stopper came with it so we kind of figured it sat that way...again not for sure about anything with this piece

      the set is called a tumble-up or night set or bedside water set; the tumbler fits upside-down over the decanter/carafe. Looks like possibly Bohemian to me. Here is similar with different cut:

      Wow...thats pretty close to exactly like mine...the woman told us it was made in 1865...how truthful she was about any of this i have no idea but for the $20 i felt it was a pretty safe investment...hope i was right...lol
