    I forgot how I ended up with this watch. I liked the fact that is was a Japanese Watch. I have never seen one like this before. I am thinking WW1 or WW2? No idea....kept it for many years..in my drawer....LOL Any ideas?

      Don't you live in Canada? There's a large Seiko repair/maker on the N. side of T.O. who can probably tell all.

      The style looks 1930s.

      Lee, I agree with George on circa 1930's, Seiko started producing wrist watch in 1924 and the wire lug case would have been phased out around 1940. Hope this will give you a little insight, you might contact Seiko with the movement serial #, possible they would have production dates.

      This watch calls for a restoration by a good craftsman. A very nice watch. I have never seen such an old Seiko watch before.

      Although I'm a man. Once I saw this vintage lady seiko watch (see my Profile Picture) was sold on a website in my country, I bought it. at that time it came with strap lugs but I've changed it to a leather strap already, for more easy using. One point may be different from yours is mine back lid can open ( See a flap at 9 O'clock )
