This is a hand crank Gramophone and Typewriter company record player. Known as the Style #2 made around 1900 - 1902. This was the cheapest of the range, not as popular as the spring motor machines.
When I took these photos the governor weight were not fitted, when I set it up properly I will ad more pictures.
