    Unfortunately, whoever framed this covered the signature. It belongs to my sister and i didn't want to remove it from the frame. I think it looks European, but i could be wrong. Any ideas?

      You may have something there. My curiosity would be tremendous if I owned this painting. You might think about having a knowledgeable person in removing the frame and take a photo of the signature, then restore the framed picture to original. If you decide to do this, please let me know about the signature. ( My curiosity is peaked !) (:-D)

      thanks musikchoo. it belongs to my sister, and i'm sure that she would let me take it out if i wanted to. someday i will and i'll let you know.
