    can anybody tell me if this is worth anything?
    I bought it in the 90's from an antique shop for alot of money back then ( i was gulable) since then a couple of the shades have broken during moving house as they looked so old and I haven't seen any shades like it since. Any info about the lamp would be appreciated or advise where i could get some second hand shades?

      these are fairly readily available lily pad lamps, and most are MIC imports.. Replacement shades are also readily available from multiple sources in many colors; try a google search for lily lamp shades. The fitters tend to weaken over time but can be 'reset' by simply removing the shades and squeezing the fitter with your hand to tighten the clamping effect.
