This lovely little ash tray is made of bone I think.Not sure what type of bone.It may be tortoiseshell?
It is tiny and measures about 3 inches long
It's origin is not known but I am guessing China or Japan as I got it from a deceased estate with a few other Asian pieces
I have edited this.It is buffalo horn or horn of some sort
