More from my copper stash: Pic 1: Beautiful pierced and folded unsigned clamper w/black fumed insides. of the 3 clampers this one has loose hinge so it "clamps a little noisy" - can only be worn in noisy environments (ha!! - yes the bar or the swapmeet!)

Pic 2 & 3: Folded copper clamper Renoir and a beautiful turquoise enamel clamper Matisse. These two 1950's companies made best quality - which is why they have lasted and many look brand new. I think the Matisse blue clamper is called Sculptera or Scultera and from my research is the most valuable - timeless design.

Pic 4: Matisse enamel cuff 1-5/8" at widest point. Testament to 1500+ degree firing enamel expertise - not a chip altho copper is scratched from wear.

Thank you Newtimes - yes very special. I don't have any matching pieces but I wear it w/the plain one or some of my other copper bracelets. I love the last unmarked one because it is gradated height up to 1/2". Very interesting. The first picture seems to be pretty common - there's 4 of them now on ebay but nothing on these other ones. Fun to look at again.

Thank you Nadia - I collected it because it was so cheap in the 80's and 90's and then it was a little more pricey so I concentrated on completing sets. I still find it for good prices - but mainly off the beaten track towns and shops or at garage sales.

Thanks Ken - the 3 examples in pix 2, 3 & 4 are folded and formed from 2 pieces of copper riveted at the hinge. Amazing work isn't it? Very Mid-century! I just looked at them again - thank you for the nice comment.

      Thanks friends for the love!
