PROTOTYPE OR SALESMAN SAMPLE TILTING GATE

This interesting gate design allowed the gate to be tilted and locked at various angles. The protruding rail ends fit into slots at various heights so that the gate could be closed at various angles to possibly allow small animals to pass through or to clear obstructions such as ice and snow.

I have found no patent information about it. Any information would be be greatly appreciated.
