Bought this for 20 bucks at my favorite thrift store, I had it looked at by an appraiser , and he said he couldn't believe that I had found something like this for so little money at a thrift store, I told him I couldn't either.

Hey Patsy. If this is jade you might want to check out Christie's or Sotheby's archived sells. I think I have seen something like this before. I think I need to go shopping in Georgia! It's beautiful . I've bought pieces in thrift stores and flea markets and sold them at Christies. Passion, education and luck in that order finds treasures. That's only my opinion . Good for you in deciding to keep it as it can only go up in price & if the market does drop will always turn around at some point. I'm hoping I get the chance to flip & make some money if ever I work out how to go because I'm learning everywhere I also hope I get as lucky as you. When are you coming out here any idea
I want to create a site like this, but with more freedom for the visitors to say what they want and also if they want to sell their items etc. I think it would be great.....

That I agree with there is a site called My Bower but I seemed to have a few bugs with it when trying to post it just wouldn't stop down loading pictures when I wanted it could be I was doing something also. I went over that way a little while back & still had a hic cup so who knows. Good luck with the shop or store.
