This beautifull vase was bought in 2011 in Belgium, I can not identify the mark so please help with any information on maker and origin.

I think this one might read: Breugnot, Décor Main (hand decorated).

Jacques Breugnot seems to have done most of his work in the 1950-60's but as the articles were written in French, and mostly auction type items, I couldn't find any real info on him or his pottery.
