Fashion Columbia Study Collection
The Fashion Columbia Study Collection (FCSC) is the digital home of the Columbia College Chicago’s fashion archive for its three main collections: men’s, women’s, and ethnic. The site’s advanced search feature allows visitors to locate a garment by designer, type of clothing, year, material, geographic origin, and keyword. Most items have two photos (front and back or side), in addition to basic details and an extended description. Items date from 1890 to the present, in categories ranging from day dresses to outwear, lingerie to leather.
