The Remington Site
Since 1999, the Remington Site has offered classical music collectors a glimpse into Remington Records, an independent and almost forgotten label that released cheap classical records in the early days of the LP. To assemble the massive collection of information featured on his site, webmaster Rudolf A. Bruil tracked down and personally interviewed many of the artists released by Remington, including pianists Felicitas Karrer and Conrad Hansen. The Remington Site includes extensive artist biographies and a detailed, cross-linked, and image-rich history of the Remington label.
