I picked this up in a junk box, but this rocker stood out. It's about 10" tall and has a cane seat and made out of wood. I assume it's a doll's chair, but there aren't any markings on it. Any idea who might have made it and when?

I believe the seat to be splint ( Ash wood strips ) great little piece.
