Salt Water Poems and Ballads by John Masefield, illustrated by Charles Pears, 1928 edition. It was in a box lot of old childrens books I purchased at auction years ago. The cover is beautiful and the book has several color as well as b & w illustrations.
As a bonus, there was an advertising bookmark dated 1928 in the book, see last photo.
