This is a signed test pressing of Count Basie's Honeysuckle Rose (take "B") which was recorded on Jan. 21, 1937 but never released. Take "A" was the Count's first recording on the Decca label. I contacted the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles to find further information and they offered to display it during an upcoming Jazz exhibition during Jazz Appreciation Month this April!! I was so excited!! We took it to them this week and had a wonderful time visiting the museum. What a treat!!
